摘　　要：高速公路建筑工程一切险的理赔与工程变更的审核之间有交叉和联系,又存在区别,工程变更费用将直接影响工程项目的最终造价。项目业主厘清建筑工程一切险与工程变更中的各方责任,对高速公路的造价控制产生积极作用。文章从项目业主的角度出发,结合广东省某高速公路工程建设过程中处理的建筑工程一切险与工程变更,提出了建筑工程一切险与工程变更的处理原则和方式。There is both connection and difference between the settlement of all risks of expressway construction project and the audit of engineering change.The cost of engineering change will directly affect the final cost of the project.The project owner clarifies the responsibility of each party in all risks and engineering change of the construction project,which has a positive effect on the cost control of the expressway.From the point of view of the project owner,this paper puts forward some principles and methods for handling all risks and engineering changes of construction engineering in the course of construction of a highway project in Guangdong Province.
