摘　　要：文章从建设工程宏观科技管理以及建设工程科技人员、科技创新、科技信息、科技成果、科技项目管理的维度对以法家、儒家、道家、兵家、商家为代表的中国传统管理思想与现代建设工程科技管理的耦合进行探究,有助于民族传统文化的传承和嬗变,在探索中国特色建设工程科技管理发展之路上迈出了坚实步伐。This article explores the coupling between the traditional Chinese management thought represented by Legalists,Confucians,Taoists,strategists and businessmen and the scientific and technological management of modern construction projects from the perspective of macro scientific and technological management of construction projects and the dimensions of scientific and technological personnel,scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological information,scientific and technological achievements and scientific and technological project management of construction projects,which is conducive to the inheritance and evolution of traditional national culture,We have taken solid steps in exploring the development of engineering science and technology management with Chinese characteristics.
