摘　　要：打压检测是保证汽油机质量的一项必要检测措施,打压设备必须匹配到每一个汽油机机型。由于汽油机机型种类繁多,为了提高效率同时降低成本,具有普适性的打压设备更为重要。针对这一问题,文章提出一种设备,该设备能够通过机械部分达到快速更换不同类型汽油机的目的,同时电气部分保证并提升了密封性检测的准确性。Pressure test is a necessary test measure to ensure the quality of gasoline engine,and the pressure equipment must match each gasoline engine model.Due to the wide variety of gasoline engine models,in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs,universal pressure equipment is more important.The equipment described in this paper is developed to solve this problem.The equipment can quickly replace different types of gasoline engines through the mechanical part,and the electrical part ensures and improves the accuracy of sealing test.
