乡村振兴国家战略下新型职业农民培育模式的探索——以青岛农业大学为例

摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实中央提出的大力培育新型职业农民和教育部关于全国农民工“求学圆梦行动”的精神,不断深化高校的继续教育改革与发展,全面提升农林高校与地方合作的能力和水平,在乡村振兴的国家战略下,从地方农林高校的继续教育人才培养改革与实践出发,分析了大力发展新型职业农民培训的必要性,提出了职业农民培训的新思路,对新型职业农民培育的新模式进行了改革探索,加大高校科技与智力支持,培养高素质乡村振兴人才,服务乡村振兴战略。In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of vigorously cultivating new-type professional farmers and the act of"education and dreaming"for the national migrant workers proposed by Ministry of Education,the reform and development of continuing education in universities should be deepened continuously,and the ability and level of cooperation between agricultural and forestry universities and local governments should be improved comprehensively.Under the national strategy of rural revitalization,based on the continuing education talent training reform and practice of local agricultural and forestry universities,the necessity of vigorously developing new professional farmer training is analyzed,and the new approaches in professional farmers’training are proposed to explore a new model for cultivating new professional farmers,which is essential to strengthen the scientific and intellectual support from universities,and cultivate high-quality rural revitalization talents to serve the rural revitalization strategy.
