摘 要:从1980年代中后期到1991年,通过大规模的技术引进,桑塔纳轿车横向国产化及其零部件供应体系初步建立了起来。凭借着相对其他合资企业的快速国产化,上海大众迅速在质量和产量上成为了国内轿车行业的领导者。在中央和地方的领导和部署下,桑车国产化在以上海工业为主,同时借助全国工业力量的基础上实现,其中,横向国产化抛弃了传统的土洋结合观念,以重质量的大规模技术引进为引导,通过对国外的学习、模仿和利用而非国内技术创新实现。这种模式影响了随后上海大众和中国轿车工业的发展。From the middle 1980 s to 1991,the horizontal localization and supply chain of Shanghai Volkswagen’s Santana were initially established through a massive introduction of technology.With its comparatively rapid localization,Shanghai Volkswagen soon became a leader of China’s automobile industry both in quality and annual output.Its localization was made possible through the leadership and arrangements of both central and local government.Mainly relying on Shanghai’s industrial power,Santana’s localization also made use of nationwide industrial bases and abolished the traditional method of combining both foreign and local while focusing on a massive introduction of foreign technology and the importance of quality.Santana’s localization was achieved by learning,imitating,and making use of foreign technology and knowledge,which deeply influenced future development of Shanghai Volkswagen and Chinese automobile industry.
