摘 要:目的:分析新疆维吾尔族(简称维族)、哈萨克族(简称哈族)和汉族空腹血糖受损(IFG)人群尿酸水平及其危险因素。方法:选取2018年于我院接受健康体检的成年人39980例进行IFG筛查,并分析该IFG人群尿酸水平及相关危险因素。结果:2693例IFG人群中,其中高尿酸有508例,各民族高尿酸血症总发生率为18.86%(508/2693),且男性多于女性(68.50%vs 31.50%)。哈族高尿酸血症发生率为16.81%(38/113),维族高尿酸血症发生率为19.65%(18/169),汉族高尿酸血症发生率为18.75%(452/2411)。3个民族中维族高尿酸血症发生率最高,哈族最低(χ^(2)=23.564,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,IFG人群总体尿酸水平异常的危险因素是民族、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血尿素氮(BUN)和吸烟。其中,哈族尿酸异常的危险因素是BMI、TC、TG和LDL-C;维族尿酸异常的危险因素是BUN、TG和吸烟。汉族尿酸异常的危险因素是BUN、TG和BMI。结论:新疆地区哈族、维族及汉族IFG人群高尿酸血症总发生率为18.86%,高尿酸血症的危险因素为民族、年龄、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、BUN和吸烟。3个民族高尿酸血症共同的危险因素是TG。Objective:To analyze the level of uric acid and its related factors in patients with impaired fasting glucose in Xinjiang Uygur,Kazak and Han nationality.Methods:39980 adults who received physical examination in our hospital in 2018 were selected to screen impaired fasting glucose(IFG)population and analyze the level of uric acid and related risk factors.Results:There were 508 cases of hyperuricemia in 2693 IFG population,and the total incidence of hyperuricemia was 18.86%(508/2693)in all ethnic groups,and men were more than women(68.50%vs 31.50%).The incidence of hyperuricemia was 16.81%(38/113)in Kazak,19.65%(18/169)in Uygur,and 18.75%(452/2411)in Han.The incidence of hyperuricemia was the highest in Uygur and the lowest in Kazak(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for the abnormal level of uric acid in IFG population were nationality,age,BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C,bun and smoking.Among them,BMI,TC,TG and LDL-C were the risk factors of uric acid abnormality in Kazak.Bun,TG and smoking were the risk factors of uric acid abnormality in Uygur.Bun,TG and BMI are the risk factors of uric acid abnormality in Han nationality.Conclusion:The total incidence of hyperuricemia was 18.86%in IFG population of Kazan,Uygur and Han nationalities in Xinjiang.The risk factors of hyperuricemia were nationality,age,BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C,BUN and smoking.TG is the common risk factor of hyperuricemia in three nationalities.
