中和肉汤对酒精棉球挤出液中和效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:为酒精棉球挤出液选择配制便捷、高效稳定的中和剂,以提高该产品中和剂鉴定及杀菌试验的检测效率。方法:取市面上3个品牌的酒精棉球挤出液,使用中和肉汤按照《消毒技术规范》对白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌开展中和剂鉴定试验。结果:白色念珠菌中和剂鉴定试验中,3个产品的酒精棉球挤出液在2.0倍稀释时,6个试验组全部符合要求;金黄色葡萄球菌中和剂鉴定试验中,3个产品的酒精棉球挤出液在2.0倍和3.0倍稀释时,6个试验组全部符合要求。结论:中和肉汤对酒精棉球挤出液具有良好的中和效果,同时对细菌和真菌的恢复生长均无明显不良影响,可以替代传统配制的中和剂用于该类产品的中和剂鉴定及杀菌试验,提高检测效率。Objective: To select a convenient, efficient and stable neutralizer for alcohol cotton ball extrusion solution, in order to improve the neutralizer identification and bactericidal test detection efficiency. Methods: The neutralizer identification test of Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus was carried out by using three brands of alcohol cotton ball extrusions in the market according to Technical Standard For Disinfection. Results: In the identification test of Candida albicans neutralizer, all the six test groups met the requirements when the alcohol cotton ball extruded solution of three products was 2.0 times diluted;In the identification test of Staphylococcus aureus neutralizer, all the six test groups met the requirements when the alcohol cotton ball extrusion solution of three products was diluted at 2.0 and 3.0 times. Conclusion: The neutralization broth has a good neutralization effect on alcohol cotton ball extrudates, and has no obvious adverse effects on the recovery growth of bacteria and fungi. It can replace the traditional neutralizer and be used in the neutralizer identification and sterilization test of this kind of products, and improve the detection efficiency.
