摘 要:冠状动脉疾病的临床诊断检查手段种类丰富,可选择性比较高,尤其以螺旋CT成像技术为主,已经在冠状动脉疾病的诊断检查中有着比较明显的应用进展。多层螺旋CT技术在冠状动脉疾病临床诊断检查中的广泛应用,能够保证冠状动脉疾病的有效诊断,而且该技术在诊断检查冠状动脉疾病时,具备较高水平的诊断敏感性、特异性、阳性预测率以及阴性预测率,可以明显降低冠状动脉疾病患者的诊断检查成本以及所用时间,经过长期的技术优化与调整,多层螺旋CT技术已经逐渐发展成为目前冠状动脉疾病临床诊断与检查的首选技术。基于此,文章简要分析了冠状动脉疾病应用多层螺旋CT技术的研究进展。There is a wide variety of clinical diagnostic coronary artery disease with high selectivity, especially in helical CT imaging, there have been significant advances in the use of diagnostic tests for coronary artery disease. The wide use of multi-slice spiral CT in coronary artery disease clinical diagnosis can ensure the effective diagnosis of coronary artery disease, and it can be used to diagnose coronary artery disease, having a high level of diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate can significantly reduce the cost and time of diagnostic tests for coronary artery disease patients, after a long period of technical optimization and adjustment, MSCT has gradually developed into the preferred technique for coronary artery disease clinical diagnosis and examination. Based on this, this article briefly analyzes the research progress of coronary artery disease application of multi-slice spiral CT technology.
