肝动脉造影结合超声互补式诊断对肝细胞肝癌的诊断效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对肝细胞肝癌患者采用肝动脉造影+超声互补式方式完成疾病诊断后获得临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2021年3月收治的68例疑似肝细胞肝癌患者进行诊断研究。对所有患者合理展开肝脏超声造影检查、肝动脉造影检查以及肝动脉造影+超声互补式检查;将肝组织病理活检结果作为金标准,就各种方法诊断效能进行分析。结果:肝动脉造影+超声互补式检查阳性率同肝活检比较,未呈现出明显差异(P>0.05),但均高于肝脏超声造影检查以及肝动脉造影检查(P<0.05);肝动脉造影+超声互补式诊断特异度、灵敏度、准确度均高于肝脏超声造影、肝动脉造影(P<0.05)。结论:同肝脏超声造影检查、肝动脉造影检查单纯应用比较,肝动脉造影+超声互补式检查方式有效应用,可显著提高肝细胞肝癌诊断正确率,显著降低漏诊率及误诊率,为肝细胞肝癌疾病的早期确诊提供依据。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of liver angiography + ultrasonography in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods: A total of 68 patients with suspected hepatocellular carcinoma admitted from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected for diagnostic study. Liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, hepatic arteriography examination and hepatic arteriography + ultrasound complementary examination were carried out reasonably for all patients;The results of pathological biopsy of liver tissue were taken as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of various methods. Results: There was no significant difference in the positive rate of hepatic arteriography + ultrasonography compared with liver biopsy(P>0.05). However, they were higher than those of liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound and hepatic arteriography(P<0.05). The diagnostic specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of hepatic arteriography + complementary ultrasound were higher than that of hepatic angiography and hepatic arteriography(P<0.05). Conclusion: With liver ultrasound imaging examination, hepatic artery angiography revealed a single comparison, the hepatic artery angiography + complementary type ultrasonic way to effective application of HCC diagnosis accuracy can be improved significantly, the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate decreased significantly, the disease to provide basis for early diagnosis of liver cell cancer of the liver disease.
