腹部彩超在妇科急腹症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析妇科急腹症诊断中采取腹部彩超的效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2020年7月妇科收治的急腹症患者78例,全部患者均采取腹部彩超检查,并实施病理检查,对比两种检查方式的诊断结果。结果:腹部彩超诊断结果显示,78例患者中,异位妊娠者53例、急性盆腔炎者6例、黄体囊肿破裂者3例、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转者9例,其他7例。同病理诊断结果相比,腹部彩超的异位妊娠的诊断符合率、急性盆腔炎的诊断符合率、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转诊断符合率、黄体破裂诊断符合率、其他诊断符合率分别为91.38%、85.71%、90.00%、100.00%、0(P<0.05)。两种检查方式的诊断符合率方面对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在妇科急腹症诊断中,对该类患者实施腹部彩超诊断的诊断符合率较高,同时此种检查方式存在安全性高、操作简单、用时短等优势,可为临床提供较高的诊断依据。Objective: To analyze the effect of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen. Methods: 78 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the department of gynecology from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected. All the patients underwent abdominal color ultrasound examination and pathological examination, and the diagnostic results of the two examination methods were compared. Results: Among 78 patients, there were 53 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 6 cases of acute pelvic inflammation, 3 cases of luteal cyst rupture, 9 cases of ovarian tumor pedicle torsion, and 7 other cases. Compared with the case diagnosis results, the diagnostic coincidence rate of ectopic pregnancy, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst pedicle torsion, luteal rupture and other diagnosis were 91.38%, 85.71%, 90.00%, 100.00% and 0, respectively(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the diagnostic coincidence rate between the two methods(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen, the application of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of this kind of patients has a higher diagnostic coincidence rate, and this examination method has the advantages of high safety, simple operation and short time, which can provide a higher clinical basis for diagnosis.
