钛板坚强内固定术在颌面骨折患者中的运用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同手术方式在颌面骨折患者中的运用效果。方法:纳入2016年1月~2021年12月本院收治的颌面骨折患者80例为研究对象。采取数字表法将其随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,其中对照组采取传统钢丝结扎固定术治疗,观察组采取钛板坚强内固定术治疗,比较两组患者的住院周期、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、临床总有效率。结果:观察组住院周期明显短于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异均显著(P均<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异均显著(P均<0.05)。结论:颌面骨折在条件允许的情况下优先选择钛板坚强内固定可取得更好的临床疗效,更有利于骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者就医体验感,提高满意度。Objective: To explore the effect of different surgical methods in patients with maxillofacial fracture. Methods: 80 patients with maxillofacial fractures were included in the study and were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2021. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional wire ligation and fixation, and the experimental group was treated with titanium plate rigid internal fixation. The hospitalization cycle, fracture healing time, complication rate, total clinical efficiency and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The hospitalization period of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the fracture healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion: When conditions permit, limited selection of titanium plate for rigid internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures can achieve better clinical curative effect, which is more conducive to fracture healing, shorten hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients’ medical experience and improve satisfaction.
