强脉冲光联合绽妍皮肤修护无菌敷料治疗激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨绽妍皮肤修护无菌敷料联合强脉冲光对面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床治疗效果。方法:纳入本院皮肤科和激光美容科就医的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者78例,随机分为绽妍皮肤修护无菌敷料联合强脉冲光的观察组,和单独使用强脉冲光的对照组,每组39例,两组均连续治疗3个月。研究对比两组患者的皮肤屏障生理水平、面部主观和客观症状积分情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的皮肤屏障生理水平的经表皮水分流失量、角质层含水量、皮脂含量情况和主观症状的瘙痒、灼热、疼痛、紧绷和干燥,客观症状的脱屑、红斑、表皮萎缩、色素沉着、毛细血管扩张和脓胞丘疹数量情况均较对照组患者具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生情况2.56%显著低于对照组30.77%(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤修护无菌敷料联合强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的治疗疗效确切,起效迅速,安全性高,皮肤屏障功能恢复显著。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhanyan skin repair sterile dressing combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods: A total of 78 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis who were treated in the dermatology department and laser cosmetic department of our hospital were enrolled. They were randomly divided into two groups: The treatment group using intense pulsed light combined with Zhanyan skin repair sterile dressing, and the control group using IPL alone, each had 39 patients. Both the control group and the treatment group used it 3 months as a course of treatment. The skin barrier physiological level, subjective and objective facial symptom scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis. Results: After treatment, the transepidermal water loss, stratum corneum water content and sebum content of the skin barrier in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Subjective symptoms of itching, burning, pain, tightness, dryness, and objective symptoms of desquamation, erythema, epidermal atrophy, hyperpigmentation, telangiectasia, and pustular papules in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.56%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 30.77%(P<0.05). Conclusion: Skin repair sterile dressing combined with intense pulsed light treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis has definite curative effect, rapid onset, higher safety, and more significant recovery of skin barrier function.
