摘 要:目的:分析研究脉动真空清洗消毒器的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月~2021年12月本院使用的200件术后腔镜器械作为研究对象,采取随机颜色球抽取法将腔镜器械分为对照组(采用灌流式真空超声清洗器)和观察组(采用脉动真空清洗消毒器),各100件。比较两组合格率、杰力阴性率、蛋白残留情况、三磷酸腺苷(Adenosine Triphosphate,ATP)荧光阳性率、相对光单位(Relative Light Unit,RLU)值、清洗时间、器械损坏情况。结果:两组清洗合格率以及器械损坏件数均无明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组杰力阴性率、ATP荧光阳性率、RLU值均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械清洗时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);蛋白轻度污染、中度污染、重度污染份数明显多于对照组,观察组清洁率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉动真空清洗消毒器在腔镜器械清洗中的应用效果更加显著,缩短器械清洗时间,提高效率,降低杰力阴性率、ATP荧光阳性率、RLU值,减少蛋白残留。Objective: To analyze and study the application effect of pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer. Methods: 200 postoperative endoscopic instruments in our hospital were selected as the research object from May 2021 to December 2021. The endoscopic instruments were randomly divided into reference group(using perfusion vacuum ultrasonic cleaner) and research group(using pulsating vacuum cleaner), with 100 pieces in each group. The qualified rate, jelly negative rate, protein residue, ATP fluorescence positive rate, RLU value, cleaning time and instrument damage were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of cleaning and the number of damaged instruments between the two groups(P<0.05);The Jerry negative rate, ATP fluorescence positive rate and RLU value in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The cleaning time of instruments in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The number of slightly polluted, moderately polluted and heavily polluted protein was significantly more than that of the reference group, and the cleaning rate of the study group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of pulsating vacuum cleaning sterilizer in the cleaning of endoscopic instruments is more remarkable, which can shorten the cleaning time, improve the efficiency, reduce the negative rate of jelly, the positive rate of ATP fluorescence and RLU value, and reduce protein residue.
