基于医用电子直线加速器维护保养及质控管理研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨医用电子直线加速器的故障特点和规律及其日常维护及故障维修方法。方法:本研究以本院放疗科所使用的一台医用电子直线加速器为例,对2014年~2018年过去5年来所出现的故障进行了全面的统计分析,分析其发生故障的原因以及故障的特点和规律,并提出相应的日常维护及故障维修方法。结果:2014年~2018年医用电子直线加速器设故障主要分布在以下几个部件:多叶准直器、操作控制系统、横梁系统、真空系统、恒温水循环系统、机械系统;以上部件2014年~2018年发生的故障次数分别是:150次、145次、80次、65次、30次、15次。结论:社会飞速发展,对医疗器械的需求越来越大,医用直线加速器的复杂性决定了设备发生故障的概率远高于其他医疗设备。加大对医用直线加速器的维护保养,有效解决故障和延长设备使用寿命尤为重要,促进医疗器械更好地服务于医院和患者。Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the fault characteristics, regularity, routine maintenance and fault repair methods of medical electron linear accelerator. Methods: This study took a medical electron linear accelerator used by the radiotherapy department of our hospital as an example, made a comprehensive statistical analysis of the faults occurred in the past 5 years from 2014 to 2018, analyzed the causes of the faults and the characteristics and rules of the faults, and put forward the corresponding routine maintenance and fault repair methods. Results: From 2014 to 2018, the faults of medical electron linear accelerator were mainly distributed in the following parts: multi-blade collimator, operation and control system, beam system, vacuum system, constant temperature water circulation system and mechanical system. The number of failures of the above components from 2014 to 2018 is 150, 145, 80, 65, 30, and 15, respectively. Conclusion: With the rapid development of society, the demand for medical instruments is increasing. The complexity of medical linear accelerator determines that the probability of equipment failure is much greater than that of other medical equipment. It is particularly important to strengthen the maintenance of medical linear accelerator, effectively solve the fault, extend the normal service life of the equipment, and promote medical instruments to better serve hospitals and patients.
