基于《黄帝内经》探讨调肝熄风针灸疗法在儿童抽动障碍症中的应用

摘　　要：抽动障碍是一种多见于儿童及青少年的慢性神经精神系统疾病,目前关于抽动障碍病因病机的认识及治疗方案的选择,各医家看法不一,缺少统一的规范化的理论指导。《黄帝内经》中虽无抽动障碍病名的明确记载,但本病相关症状的描述散见于《内经》各个章节中,提出了以肝为主要病脏,以肝风亢动、肝血失养、肝神失调为主要病因病机,以调肝熄风、平肝养血、疏肝调神为主要治法等诸多理论,吴旭教授在此基础上,提出“调肝熄风”治疗大法。通过探析《黄帝内经》中有关抽动障碍的认识,以期对目前临床上抽动障碍的诊断及治疗起到指导作用。Tic disorder is a kind of chronic neuropsychiatric diseases found in children and adolescents. At present, the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of tic disorder and the choice of treatment plan have different views among doctors, and its treatment lacks unified standardized theoretical guidance. Although there is no clear record of the name of tic disorder in The Inner Canon of Huangdi, the description of related symptoms of this disease can be found scattered in various chapters of the book. On this basis, many theories have been put forward, including liver as the main disease, liver wind hyperactivity, liver blood malnutrition and liver spirit disorder as the main etiology and pathogenesis, and regulating liver to put out wind, calming liver to nourish blood, and soothing liver to regulate spirit as the main treatment methods. Professor Wu Xu has put forward the fundamental law treatment of "regulating the liver to extinguish wind". By exploring and analyzing the understanding of tic disorder in The Inner Canon of Huangdi, it is expected to play a guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of tic disorder in clinic.
