梅花针刺络拔罐结合中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察梅花针刺络拔罐联合升降散合补阳还五汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组予以梅花针刺络拔罐联合升降散合补阳还五汤治疗,对照组用普瑞巴林内服联合利多卡因凝胶外敷。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、DLQI评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组血清中炎症因子水平均较治疗前降低且治疗组降幅更大(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针刺络拔罐联合升降散合补阳还五汤治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of plum blossom acupuncture and cupping combined with Shengjiang Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The treatment group were treated with plum blossom acupuncture and cupping combined with Shengjiang Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction while the control group were treated with pregabalin orally combined with lidocaine gel with external application.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and DLQI score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum blossom acupuncture and cupping combined with Shengjiang Powder and Buyang Huanwu Decoction is effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia.
