椎体后凸成形术联合虎潜丸加减治疗椎体压缩性骨折后不愈合临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)联合虎潜丸加减治疗椎体压缩性骨折后不愈合(kummell)的疗效。方法:30例随机分成两组,两组均用PKP治疗,实验组加用虎潜丸治疗。结果:两组腰痛VAS评分、ODI评分及Cobb角均较手术前降低(P<0.05)。实验组改善更好(P<0.05)。结论:PKP术联合虎潜丸加减治疗Kummell病效果较好。Objective:To observe the efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)combined with modified Huqian Pills in the treatment of nonunion after vertebral compression fracture(kummell).Methods:Thirty cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with PKP,and the experimental group were treated with Huqian Pills.Results:The VAS score,ODI score and Cobb angle of low back pain in the two groups were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).The experimental group improved better(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP combined with Huqian Pills is effective in the treatment of Kummell disease.
