中草药注射液治疗仔猪大肠杆菌病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析中草药注射液对仔猪大肠杆菌病治疗效果。方法回顾性分析进行大肠杆菌病治疗的100头仔猪,治疗时间为2022年1~6月,抽签分两组,中药治疗组仔猪采用中草药注射液治疗,西药治疗组仔猪采用西药治疗,对比两组仔猪治疗结局。结果用药后,中药治疗组仔猪治疗效果更明显,两组仔猪治疗效果相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,中药治疗组仔猪死亡率更低,存活率更高,两组仔猪死亡率与存活率相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,中药治疗组仔猪不良反应发生率更低,两组仔不良反应发生率相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中草药注射液对仔猪大肠杆菌病治疗效果更明显,同时中草药具有多种优势,其中包含价格便宜、毒副作用小,值得推荐使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine injection on piglet colibacillosis.Methods 100 piglets who were treated with colibacillosis were analyzed retrospectively.The treatment time was from January to June 2022.They were divided into two groups by lot.The piglets in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine injection,and the piglets in the western medicine treatment group were treated with western medicine.The treatment outcomes of the piglets in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the piglets in the Chinese medicine treatment group were more effective,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the mortality rate of piglets in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower and the survival rate was higher.The mortality rate and survival rate of piglets in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the adverse reaction rate of piglets in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lower,and the adverse reaction rate of piglets in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine injection is more effective in the treatment of piglet colibacillosis.At the same time,Chinese herbal medicine has many advantages,including cheap price,low toxicity and side effects,which is worth recommending.
