摘　　要：在畜禽养殖当中使用血清抗体检测技术,对疫病有个充分的了解和认识,做好预防工作,并制定科学、合理的养殖免疫程序,对免疫接种时间以及母源抗体检测进行完善,优化免疫程序。加强对疫病诊断与净化,做好疫苗接种结果的检测工作,以此找出养殖场在畜禽养殖过程中存在的问题,并采取相应的措施进行解决,增强疫病防治效果。以河北生猪资源保种场为例,对生猪养殖过程中存在的疫病进行血清抗体检测,并根据检测结果进行讨论和预防,期望能够为相关人员提供参考。In order to better use the serum antibody detection technology in livestock and poultry breeding,we must have a full understanding and understanding of the epidemic disease,do a good job in prevention,and formulate a scientific and reasonable breeding immunization program,mainly to improve the immunization time and maternal antibody detection,and then optimize the immunization program.Strengthen the diagnosis and purification of epidemic diseases,and do a good job in the detection of vaccination results,so as to find out the problems existing in the process of livestock and poultry breeding,and take corresponding measures to solve them,improve the application of serum antibody detection technology,and enhance the effect of epidemic prevention and control.At the same time,this paper takes Hebei pig resource breeding farm as an example to detect the serum antibody of epidemic diseases in the process of pig breeding,and discuss and prevent them according to the detection results,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
