摘 要:将经过高能球磨后得到的Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)玻璃细粉与ZrO_(2)混匀并且烧结后制得ZrO_(2)/LAS微晶玻璃复合材料,并研究了ZrO_(2)含量和烧结温度对复合材料相组成、宏/微观形貌、热膨胀性能、体积密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,影响ZrO_(2)/LAS微晶玻璃复合材料相组成的主要因素是温度,而ZrO_(2)的加入对LAS微晶玻璃复合材料的致密性、热膨胀性能及力学性能具有重要影响。当烧结温度为1100℃、ZrO_(2)含量为30 wt.%时,复合材料试样的致密性较高,并且在800℃时达到了较低的线性收缩率(3.55×10^(-5))。当ZrO_(2)含量为10 wt.%~30 wt.%时,复合材料在30℃~300℃的平均热膨胀系数均为负值且接近零,显示了复合材料良好的热稳定性。复合材料的维氏硬度随着ZrO_(2)含量的增加而基本呈线性增长,说明ZrO_(2)的加入有利于提高复合材料的力学性能。这种通过外加法将ZrO_(2)引入到LAS微晶玻璃体系的方法,为具有低热膨胀系数和高机械性能的微晶玻璃复合材料的制备提供了有效参考。Matrix glass of Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)glass ceramics without zirconia was prepared by using melting method with Li_(2)CO_(3),Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2)as the main materials.Then,ZrO_(2)/LAS glass-ceramic composites with different contents of ZrO_(2)were fabricated by using high-energy ball milling,grinding and sintering.Thermal behaviors of the raw materials were examined,while the effects of ZrO_(2)and sintering temperature on phase composition,macro/microscopic morphology,thermal expansion,bulk density and hardness of the composites were systematically studied.It is found that phase composition of the ZrO_(2)/LAS glass-ceramics composites is mainly dependent on sintering temperature,while the addition of ZrO_(2)has a strong influence on denseness,thermal expansion and mechanical properties of the composites.The composites with high denseness were achieved as the sintering temperature is 1100℃and the content of ZrO_(2)is 30 wt.%,while the low linear shrinkage(3.55×10^(-5))was observed at 800℃.When the ZrO_(2)content was 10–30 wt.%,the average CTEs of the composites at 30–300℃were negative and close to zero,which showed the good thermal stability of the composites.The Vickers hardness of the composites increased linearly with the increase of ZrO_(2)content,indicating that the addition of ZrO_(2)is beneficial to improve the mechanical properties of the composites.The introduction of ZrO_(2)into LAS glass could be used as an effective reference for the preparation of glass-ceramic composites with low thermal expansion coefficient and high mechanical properties.
