摘 要:以五水硝酸铋[Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O]和偏钒酸铵(NH_(4)VO_(3))分别为铋源和钒源,以去离子水为溶剂,在无任何模板剂的条件下,采用化学共沉淀法低温合成了钒酸铋黄色颜料。分别通过X射线衍射、拉曼和场发射扫描电子显微镜分析了颜料的晶体结构和显微形貌,同时采用CIE-L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)色度仪和UV-vis表征了该颜料的呈色性能。实验结果表明,该颜料为单斜白钨矿型钒酸铋(m-BiVO_(4)),呈碎块状形貌,粒径尺寸约为1.7μm。同时,采用化学共沉淀法能够实现BiVO_(4)颜料的低温合成,合成温度远低于传统固相法的700℃。当前驱体溶液浓度为0.05 mol·L^(-1),pH值为6时,制得颜料色度最佳,色度值L^(*)=76.66、a^(*)=0.22、b^(*)=76.12,优于目前商业钒酸铋黄色颜料的色度值。此外,将其应用于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中,颜料在基质中具有良好的呈色稳定性和分散性。BiVO_(4)yellow pigment was synthesized by using a template-free chemical co-precipitation method at low temperatures,with bismuth nitrate pentahydrate[Bi(NO_(3))_(3)·5H_(2)O]and ammonium metavanadate(NH_(4)VO_(3))as Bi and V resources and deionized water as solvent.Phase composition and morphological characteristics of the samples were studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman and field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM).CIE-L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)color system and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra were employed to characterize chromatic properties of the BiVO_(4)pigment.It is found that the resulting products have monoclinic scheelite-structure and irregular bulk-like morphology with an average particle size of 1.7μm.Meanwhile,the formation temperature is much lower than that of the conventional solid state method(700℃).When the concentration of precursor solution and pH value are 0.05 mol·L^(-1) and 6,the BiVO_(4)yellow pigment shows excellent chromatic performance,with L^(*)=76.66,a^(*)=0.22,b^(*)=76.12,which is much higher than that of the commercial BiVO_(4).Importantly,the as-prepared BiVO_(4)pigment is applied in polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and exhibits excellent color and dispersion properties in the matrix.
