摘 要:针对高压电网压电陶瓷表面缺陷存在检测困难、人为判断标准不一且检测准确度不高的问题,提出改进EPF-Wastershod耦合算法对高压电网压电陶瓷进行检测识别。通过添加局部自适应对比度增强模型,提高缺陷与周围像素点的区分度;采用均值迁移滤波矩阵替换高斯滤波矩阵,增强边缘保留滤波的完整性;利用自适应阈值分割函数代替全局阈值分割函数,确保图像不同区域阈值分割的准确性。通过局部自适应对比度增强、均值迁移滤波与灰度变换,完成高压电网压电陶瓷表面缺陷图像预处理过程;基于自适应阈值分割、形态学变换与分水岭变换,实现压电陶瓷表面缺陷图像分割过程。实验结果表明:基于改进的EPF-Watershod耦合算法实现对高压电网压电陶瓷表面缺陷检测,其检测精度为96.25%,改进的EPF-Watershod耦合算法有效提升了压电陶瓷表面缺陷检测准确性,为高压电网压电陶瓷表面缺陷检测提供了可行的方法。In view of the issues regarding to surface defects of piezoelectric ceramics in high voltage network,such as difficult detection,different artificial judgment standards and low detection accuracy,an improved EPF-Wastershod coupling algorithm is proposed to detect and identify piezoelectric ceramics.A local adaptive contrast enhancement model is added to improve the distinction between defects and surrounding pixels.The mean transfer filter matrix is used to replace the Gaussian filter matrix to enhance the integrity of edge retention filter.An adaptive threshold segmentation function is used to replace the global threshold segmentation function to ensure the accuracy of threshold segmentation in different regions of the image.Through local adaptive contrast enhancement,mean shift filtering and gray scale transformation,the image pretreatment process of piezoelectric ceramic surface defects in high voltage grid is completed.Based on adaptive thresholding segmentation morphology transform and watershed transform,the surface defect image segmentation process of piezoelectric ceramic is realized.The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of piezoelectric ceramic based on the improved EPF-Watershod coupling algorithm is 96.25%.The improved EPF-Watershod coupling algorithm effectively increases the detection accuracy of piezoelectric ceramic surface defect as a feasible method.
