摘　　要：文章分析了6061合金T6状态Φ100mm×2mm高精度管材矫直易发生不合格产品的因素,总结了该高精度管材弯曲矫直与压扁矫直的复合矫直方案,生产出的产品满足了客户的需求。This paper analyzes the factors that cause the unqualified products to easily be produced in the straightening of 6061 alloy T6Φ100mm×2mm high precision pipe,summarized the composite straightening scheme of bending straightening and flattening straightening of the high precision pipe,and the products produced meet the needs of customers.
