摘  要:围绕当前抗菌材料的研究热点,针对纳米材料氧化锌(ZnO)易团聚影响其抗菌性能的问题,对ZnO进行改性及抗菌性能评估。利用茶多酚功能化的还原氧化石墨烯(TPG)的抗菌性和易修饰性的优点,通过水热法一步修饰ZnO,改善ZnO的易团聚性;通过多种表征手段从形貌、结构上验证了复合材料的成功合成;通过细菌菌落图、SEM成像以及细菌菌落计数法分别进行复合材料抗菌性能的定性定量研究。结果表明,TPG与ZnO成功复合,获得TPG-ZnO复合材料,有效改善ZnO的团聚性;TPG-ZnO复合材料表现出浓度依赖性的增强型抗菌性能,在2 mg/mL时显示出可观的抗菌能力,为抗菌材料的改性及应用奠定前期研究基础。Focusing on the current research focus of antibacterial materials,the modification and evaluation of antibacterial properties of ZnO-based nanomaterial are mainly studied in view of the problem of easy agglomeration of ZnO affecting its antibacterial performance.Using the advantages of antibacterial and easy modification of tea polyphenol functionalized and reduced graphene oxide(TPG),ZnO is modified by one-step hydrothermal method to improve the easy agglomeration of ZnO.Also,the successful synthesis of composite is verified from morphology and structure by a variety of characterization methods.Moreover,the antibacterial properties of composite are studied qualitatively and quantitatively by bacterial colony map,SEM imaging and bacterial colony counting method.The results show that TPG-ZnO composite is successfully obtained,which effectively improves the agglomeration of ZnO.TPG-ZnO composite shows concentration-dependent enhanced antibacterial performance,and shows considerable antibacterial performance at 2 mg/mL,which lays a foundation for the modification and application of antibacterial materials.
