摘  要:现有岩石研磨性评价多采用金属磨损件,存在对软岩和硬岩评价能力不足、适应性差的问题。该文根据金刚石钻头钻进过程中的磨损机理,以孕镶金刚石材料作为标准磨损件,通过“钻-铣”方式模拟破岩测试岩石研磨性,计算并统计相对磨损量,建立岩石研磨性分级标准。采用上述方法和钢杆钻磨法分别对35种岩样进行研磨性评价,该方法获得的研磨性数据呈正态分布特征,符合石油钻井钻遇地层实际情况,测试及分级结果准确可靠。The existing evaluation of rock abrasiveness is mostly uses metal wear parts,which has the problems of insufficient evaluation ability and poor adaptability of soft rock and hard rock.According to the wear mechanism of diamond bit in drilling process,this paper takes impregnated diamond material as standard wear part,simulates rock breaking and tests rock abrasiveness by'drilling-milling'method,calculates and counts the relative wear amount,and establishes the classification standard of rock abrasiveness.The abrasiveness of 35 kinds of rock samples is evaluated by the above method and the steel pipe drilling and grinding method respectively.The abrasiveness data obtained by this method are normally distributed,which is consistent with the actual situation of oil drilling,and the test and classification results are accurate and reliable.
