摘  要:利用废旧投影仪中的滤光片、积分透镜、偏振转换镜、聚光透镜、匀光片和积分棒等元件,从光强均匀度角度出发,开发设计了光束的匀光整形实验。实验内容包括:根据投影仪中不同的匀光系统,搭建相应的实验光路,使用CCD相机分别采集经过不同匀光整形系统得到的光斑,利用MATLAB编写程序计算各匀光整形系统的光束均匀度评价参量,通过比较不同匀光整形系统的各种评价参量,分析各种系统的优缺点,评价光束均匀性对显示效果的影响。通过该实验,学生可以了解商用投影显示系统光束匀光整形的方法,理解光束能量分布对后续成像质量的影响,掌握匀光整形的检测原理和方法,同时为废旧仪器的充分利用提供了一种解决方案。Using components such as filters,integrating lenses,polarizing conversion mirrors,focusing lenses,homogenizing sheets and integrating rods from a used projector,we developed and designed a homogenization shaping experiment for beam from the perspective of beam uniformity.The experiment includes:according to different homogenizing systems in the projector,build the corresponding experimental light path,the light spots obtained by different homogenization systems were collected separately using a CCD camera,use MATLAB to write a program to calculate the evaluation parameters of beam uniformity of each homogenizing system,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various systems by comparing various evaluation parameters of different homogenizing systems,and evaluate the influence of beam uniformity on the display effect.In this experiment,students can understand the method of beam homogenization and shaping of commercial projection display systems,understand the impact of beam energy distribution on the subsequent image quality,grasp the detection principle and method of homogenization and shaping,and provide a solution for the full utilization of used instruments.
