摘 要:为解决石泉煤业综放工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度高的问题,开展大功率定向钻机顶板走向高位钻孔抽采裂隙带瓦斯应用实践。实践表明:定向钻机施工顶板走向高位钻孔具有抽采效果持续时间较长、钻孔利用率较高的优势;通过30108综放工作面布置煤层顶板走向长钻孔,钻孔长约400 m,钻孔垂深36~48 m,各钻孔内瓦斯浓度基本控制在20%以内;抽采钻孔前后工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度分别为0.78%和0.57%,瓦斯浓度降低26.9%。试验成果为同类瓦斯治理技术提供了有意义的参考和借鉴价值。Aiming at the practical problem of high gas concentration in the upper corner during the mining period of the fully mechanized caving face in Shiquan Coal Industry,the application practice of high-power directional drilling rig roof strike high-level drilling to extract gas in fracture zone is carried out.The practice shows that the directional drilling rig has the advantages of long duration of extraction effect and high utilization rate of borehole.Through the 30108 fully mechanized caving face layout coal seam roof to long drilling,drilling length of about 400 m,drilling depth of 36~48 m,the drilling gas concentration within the basic control of 20%;the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face before and after the drilling is 0.78%and 0.57%respectively,and the gas concentration is reduced by 26.9%.The test results provide meaningful reference and reference value for similar gas control technology.
