摘 要:防火分隔技术通常是指应用防火墙、防火卷帘、防火门窗等阻燃构件对火势的快速蔓延实施有效阻隔的技术手段,在实际使用过程中还能够对高温烟气的快速扩散起到良好的抑制效果,当建筑物内部发生火灾事故时,能够为被困群众营造安全的逃生环境,最大限度减少火灾事故造成的人员伤亡及财产损失。通过对防火分隔技术在建筑物消防安全管理工作中应用的必要性、应用中存在的不足之处等相关问题开展深入分析,提出了切实有效的针对性优化措施,以期最大限度降低建筑亡人事故发生的概率,促进我国建筑防火事业的良性发展。Fire separation technology usually refers to the technical means to effectively block the rapid spread of fire by using fire walls, fire rolling shutters, fire doors and windows and other fire-retardant components, which can also effectively inhibit the rapid spread of high-temperature smoke in the actual use process.
