摘 要:为了改善氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)的光催化性能,将Cu_(2)O颗粒和聚乙烯醇(PVA)同时加入纳米纤维素(CNF)中,成功制备了具有三维(3D)多孔结构和丰富活性位点的功能化纤维素基气凝胶(Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF)。采用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射仪、全自动比表面积、压缩测试对气凝胶样品进行了表征。以降解亚甲基蓝(MB)为模型污染物,评价了Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF复合催化剂的光催化性能,考察了6wt%Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF在不同初始浓度、不同催化剂用量及不同溶液pH条件下对MB光降解效率的影响。结果表明,三维多孔的纤维素气凝胶的使用提高了对MB的吸附能力,延长了对可见光的吸收。特别是在纤维素基体中掺杂的Cu_(2)O在光照下激发出电子-空穴,增加了活性位点,从而提高了催化能力。6wt%Cu_(2)OPVA/CNF复合催化剂对MB的光降解率达到95.6%,远高于纯Cu_(2)O的79.6%。Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF复合催化剂的光降解过程遵循表观准一级动力学模型。此外,与纯CNF气凝胶相比,PVA的加入使其压缩强度提高了4.4倍。该催化剂经5次光催化循环后再利用,对MB的可见光催化降解率仍能达到71.06%。这种Cu_(2)OPVA/CNF复合材料有利于用太阳辐射处理染料废水。In order to improve the photocatalytic performance of cuprous oxide(Cu_(2)O),Cu_(2)O particles and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were added to nanocellulose(CNF)at the same time,and a functionalized cellulose-based aerogel(Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF)with three-dimensional(3D)porous structure and abundant active sites were successfully prepared by the exsitu method.The aerogel samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometer,automatic specific surface area,and compression test.Taking the degradation of methylene blue(MB)as a model pollutant,the photocatalytic performance of 6wt%Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF composite catalyst was evaluated,the effects of different initial concentrations,catalyst dosages and solution pH conditions on the photodegradation of MB were investigated.The results show that the use of the three-dimensional porous cellulose aerogel improves the adsorption capacity of MB and prolongs the absorption of visible light.In particular,Cu_(2)O doped in the cellulose matrix excites electron-holes under light,which increases the active sites,thereby improving the catalytic ability.The photodegradation rate of 6wt%Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF composite catalyst to MB reaches 95.6%,which is much higher than 79.6%of pure Cu_(2)O.The photodegradation process of Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF composite catalyst follows the apparent quasi-first order dynamics model.In addition,compared with pure CNF aerogel,the addition of PVA increases its compressive strength by 4.4 times.The catalyst is reused after 5 photocatalytic cycles,and the visible light catalytic degradation rate of MB can still reach 71.06%.The Cu_(2)O-PVA/CNF composite material is beneficial to the treatment of dye wastewater by solar radiation.
