摘  要:采用高温静态空气氧化试验和600℃、20 MPa高温水蒸气氧化试验,比较不含V和含V的S30432钢高温抗氧化性能。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)研究不含V钢和含V钢氧化后表面氧化层的物相和形貌,并分析V对S30432钢高温抗氧化性能的影响机理。结果表明:添加V后,S30432钢的高温抗氧化性能下降。高温静态空气氧化时,含V钢氧化更严重。在800℃静态空气氧化时,不含V钢和含V钢的氧化动力学方程分别为(Δw)^(1.25)=0.0551t和(Δw)^(1.41)=0.0952t。与不含V钢相比,含V钢表面氧化层更易破裂脱落,破裂脱落后的氧化层保护作用降低,使得氧化更严重。在600℃、20 MPa水蒸气氧化时,不含V和含V的钢表面生成的富Cr氧化物层致密且连续,两种钢均具有良好的抗蒸气氧化性能。High temperature static air oxidation test and high temperature steam oxidation test(600 ℃ and 20 MPa) were used to compare the high temperature oxidation resistance of V-free and V-bearing S30432 steels. The phase and morphology of the oxidized surface layer of the V-free steel and V-bearing steel were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) analysis, and the effect mechanism of V on the high temperature oxidation resistance of the S30432 steel was analyzed. The results show that the high temperature oxidation resistance of the S30432 steel decreases after adding V. The oxidation of the V-bearing steel is more serious when it is oxidized in high temperature static air. The oxidation kinetics equations of the V-free steel and V-bearing steel oxidized in 800 ℃ static air are(Δw)^(1.25)=0.0551t and(Δw)^(1.41)=0.0952t, respectively. Compared with the V-free steel, the oxide layer on the surface of the V-bearing steel is easier to crack and fall off, and the protective effect of oxide layer after cracking and falling off is reduced, resulting in oxidation more serious. When oxidized in 600 ℃ and 20 MPa steam, the Cr rich oxide layer formed on the surface of the V-free steel and V-bearing steel is dense and continuous, and both steels have good steam oxidation resistance.
