摘  要:采用拉伸试验、扫描电镜和透射电镜等研究了焊后时效处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金焊接接头的微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金电子束焊接接头的熔化区中分布着快速凝固组织,熔化区的硬度和强度是整个焊接接头中最低的。对焊接接头进行T6时效处理,焊接接头的抗拉强度从445 MPa提高至511 MPa,但仍然低于母材的强度。对焊接接头和母材在不同温度下进行高温拉伸测试,结果表明焊接接头和母材的高温拉伸性能均随着拉伸温度的升高而降低。Effect of post weld aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy welded joint was studied by means of tensile test, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the rapid solidification microstructure is distributed in the fusion zone of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy electron beam welded joint, and the hardness and strength of the fusion zone are the lowest in the whole welded joint. After T6 aging treatment, the tensile strength of the welded joint is increased from 445 MPa to 511 MPa, but it is still lower than that of the base metal. The high-temperature tensile test results of the welded joint and the base metal at different temperatures show that the high-temperature tensile properties of the welded joint and the base metal decrease with the increase of the tensile temperature.
