西南地区物流融入“一带一路”的路径研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国与“一带一路”周边国家的合作取得了丰硕成果。其中,西南地区在融入中国-中南半岛经济走廊、孟中印缅经济走廊及形成南向通道进程中促进了中国与南亚、东南亚各国的交流与合作。但东西部差距问题依然存在,除了西部地区自身资源、区位、历史原因影响外,还有一个不容忽视的因素就是我国西部地区物流设施设备基础薄弱,现有产业结构难以升级。为进一步发展西南地区物流,更好地融入“一带一路”中,本文总结了西南地区融入“一带一路”的路径,并从基础设施建设、区域内外合作力度、发展特色物流、优化营商环境提升服务水平四个角度进行定性分析,总结了西南地区各城市物流融入“一带一路”路径的不同之处。Since the“Belt and Road”initiative was proposed,the cooperation between China and the countries along the“Belt and Road”has achieved fruitful results.Southwest China has promoted exchanges and cooperation among China and the South and Southeast Asian countries in the process of integrating into the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor,the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor,and the formation of the Southbound Corridor.However,the gaps between the East and the West still exist,not only due to the impact of the resources,locations,and history in Southwest China,but also because of weak logistics facilities and equipment,and existing industrial structure which is difficult to upgrade in Southwest China,which cannot be ignored.To further develop logistics in Southwest China and better integrate into the“Belt and Road”,this paper summarizes the paths of Southwest China’s integration into the“Belt and Road”,and analyzes qualitatively from four perspectives,namely the construction of infrastructure,the cooperation within and outside the regions,developing featured logistics,and optimizing business environment to improve service level,and finally points out differences of the logistics in cities of Southwest China integrating into the“Belt and Road”.
