摘 要:调研分析了涂料生产行业的生产工艺流程及主要的VOC产生环节,总结了目前涂料行业有机废气的最新排放标准。根据生产过程中不同VOC排放源的特点,优化了车间废气排放源的收集方式。结合涂料生产有机废气的特点分析,涂料生产有机废气处理推荐采用“沸石转轮吸附浓缩+蓄热氧化技术”,并对其控制方式进行了优化。The production process and main VOC production links of coating industry were investigated and analyzed, and the latest emission standards of organic exhaust gas in coating industry were summarized.According to the characteristics of main VOC sources in the production process, the collection method of exhaust gas emission sources in the workshop was optimized. Combined with the characteristics of organic exhaust gas from coating production, "the zeolite rotor adsorption concentration + heat storage oxidation technology" was recommended for the treatment of organic exhaust gas from coating production, and its control mode was optimized.
