摘  要:挤压模具结构是影响型材质量的关键因素,也影响模具使用寿命。为了保证型材的质量,传统的模具设计方法需要多次试模和修模,降低了生产效率。以矩形铝合金型材为研究对象,以型材截面出口速度均方差和模具等效应力为目标,采用HyperXtrude软件对模具结构进行了优化设计。结果表明:模具结构优化后,型材截面出口速度分布更均匀,出口速度均方差降低了61.59%,提高了型材出口位移分布均匀性;模具最大等效应力降低了40.13%,延长了模具使用寿命。Extrusion die structure is a key factor to affect the quality of profiles. In order to ensure the quality of profiles, the traditional die design method requires multiple attempts and repairs, which reduces the production efficiency, and also affects the die service life. In this paper, the rectangular aluminum profile was taken as the study object, and the mean square deviation of exit velocity at the cross section of the profile and the equivalent die stress were taken as the target, and the die structure was optimized by the HyperXtrude software. The results show that the distribution of the exit velocity at the cross section of the profile is more uniform after the die structure is optimized. The mean square deviation of the exit velocity is reduced by 61.59%. The uniformity of the displacement distribution at the exit of the profile is improved. The results also indicate that the maximum equivalent stress of the die is reduced by 40.13%. The service life of the die is prolonged.
