摘 要:前处理+电泳处理是汽车用铝合金常用的表面处理方式,磷化处理与锆化处理是常用的前处理方式。系统对比分析了6016铝合金表面磷化+电泳复合涂层与锆化+电泳复合涂层的形貌、结构、附着力、硬度、杯突性能、耐冲击性能、电化学性能、耐丝状腐蚀性能等。结果表明:锆化处理膜层厚度在50 nm左右,磷化处理膜层厚度为2μm~3μm。锆化+电泳与磷化+电泳两种复合涂层的力学性能相当。电化学测试结果表明,锆化膜具有比磷化膜更优异的耐蚀性能,锆化处理更有益于提高6016铝合金耐丝状腐蚀性能。Pretreatment and electrophoresis treatment is a common surface treatment method for automotive aluminum alloys, while phosphating and zirconium-based thin film treatment are common pretreatment methods. This paper systematically compared and analyzed the phosphating treatment-electrophoresis composite coating and zirconium treatment-electrophoresis composite coating on 6016 aluminum alloy surface on the aspects of morphology structure, adhesion, hardness, cupping, impact resistance, the composite coating electrochemical performance and filiform corrosion performance and so on. The results show that the thickness of the zirconium-based treatment film is about 50 nm, and the thickness of the phosphating treatment film is 2 μm-3 μm. The mechanical properties of the two composite coatings are equivalent. The Tafel polarization curve test shows that the zirconium-based film treatment has better corrosion resistance than the phosphating treatment. Compared with the phosphating composite coating, the zirconium-based film treatment composite coating has higher filiform corrosion resistance for 6016 aluminum alloy.
