摘 要:为满足工业和生活中对个性化、小批量三维复杂型面的需求,利用柔性多点成形技术具有柔性可调能够反复造型的特点,验证使用多点成形方式成形不规则三维曲面的有效性和适用性。通过有限元软件模拟耐腐蚀性铝合金三维复杂曲面的多点成形以及实验验证可得:多点成形方式可以通过调节单元体直接构造目标型面成形;通过模拟预测复杂曲面在多点成形过程中出现的压痕、起皱等表面缺陷;由于此类曲面属于大变形弹塑性成形,各结点位置和方向都具有较大的回弹量,可以通过模拟对回弹进行预测,并通过优化调节包络面结构进行反复成形来保证成形精度。In order to meet the demand for personalized and small batch 3D complex profiles in industry and life, flexible multi-point forming technology is used to verify the effectiveness and applicability of forming irregular 3D profiles, due to its characteristics of flexible and adjustable and repeated modeling. The multi-point forming of corrosion resistant aluminum alloy 3D complex profile is simulated by finite element software and verified by experiments. It can be concluded that multi-point forming is compatible with the construction and pressing of complex profile, and the target profile can be directly formed by adjusting the element body;indentation, wrinkle and other profile defects can be predicted by simulation. This kind of profile belongs to large elastic-plastic forming and each node position and direction has a large amount of springback, so the springback can be predicted through simulation and the forming accuracy can be ensured by repeatedly forming by optimizing and compensating the envelope profile structure for many times.
