摘　　要：科技创新与产业变革的深度融合要求大学科学研究与社会服务的组织模式不断演进。仅仅基于“资本逻辑”开展的产学合作与技术转移由于缺乏深度的交互学习,往往会陷入“成功悖论”困境,“双一流”大学主导的创新共同体模式为此提供了破解之道。在人类命运共同体核心思想指导下,综合创新共同体理论、知识协同理论和国内外实践案例分析发现,为促进创新共同体的发展,实现由价值交易到价值共创的转型,“双一流”大学组织适应性变革应采用更具活力、以知识为基础的资源互补模式,使其充分发挥产学研协同创新体系中的枢纽性节点作用。最后,基于合作治理机制和知识交互类型的权变关系分析,提出契合创新共同体运行的主要治理机制及相关影响要素。The engagement of scientific and technological innovation and industrial change requires the continuous improvement of organization model of university scientific research and the third mission.Due to lack of comprehensive interactive learning,university-industry collaboration and university technology transfer based only on capital logic often fall into the"success paradox".Innovation Community Driven by"Double World-class"University(ICDU)could provide a solution for the paradox.Under the guidance of the idea of"community of shared future for mankind",we explore the organizational modes and characteristics of ICDU from the theories of innovation community and knowledge synergy for value co-creation.Further more,many cases showed that the organizational adaptive transformation for ICDU should develop a multi node innovation network among themselves,enterprises and other related organizations through a more dynamic and knowledge-based resource complementary model.Then we propose the relational governance mechanism based on cooperation network for ICDU by analyzing the principle of organizational exchange governance and knowledge interaction mode.
