摘 要:针对汉江部分流域深水流速高、砂类透水性强等特点,主墩承台施工采用双壁钢围堰施工法中的先桩基后围堰原位拼装法施工,具有安全性高、工艺简化、施工效率高等应用优势。文章以在建项目207国道襄阳市襄州至宜城段改建工程项目汉江特大桥跨江2#主墩承台施工为例,对双壁钢围堰加工制作、运输,承台区域钻孔平台拆除,双壁钢围堰现场拼装下放,以及封底混凝土浇筑等施工内容进行分析,以期为类似工程提供参考。In view of the characteristics of high deep-water velocity and strong sand permeability in some basins of Hanjiang,the construction of main pier bearing platform adopts the in-situ assembly method of pile foundation before cofferdam in double-wall steel cofferdam construction method,which has the advantages of high safety,simplified process,high construction efficiency.Taking the construction of 2#main pier bearing platform of Hanjiang extra-large bridge across the river in the reconstruction project of Xiangzhou-Yicheng Section of National Highway 207 in Xiangyang City,which is under construction as an example,this paper analyzes the construction contents of double-wall steel cofferdam processing,manufacturing,and transportation;the demolition of drilling platform in bearing platform area;on-site assembly and lowering of double-wall steel cofferdam;and bottom sealing concrete pouring.It is hoped to provide reference for similar projects.
