摘 要:旋挖钻钻孔桩施工工艺是桩基施工中一种较为先进的工艺方法,该工艺产生废浆少、环境污染小、移动灵活方便、成孔速度快、施工效率高、适应地层比较广泛,因此备受桥梁桩基施工青睐。文章以三门峡黄河公铁两用大桥南引桥工程为例,详细介绍了旋挖钻施工工艺在陆地钻孔灌注桩施工中的应用,分析了旋挖钻孔施工工艺的工序和质量安全控制要点,并总结了一套施工经验,以期为同类工程施工提供参考。The construction technology of rotary drilling bored piles is a kind of advanced technology in pile foundation construction.This technology produces less waste slurry and little environmental pollution.It is flexible and convenient to move and has fast hole forming speed,high construction efficiency,and wide adaptability to strata.Therefore,it is favored by bridge pile foundation construction.Taking the south approach bridge of Yellow River Sanmenxia Highway and Railway Combined Bridge project as an example,this paper introduces in detail the application of rotary drilling construction technology in the construction of bored piles on land,analyzes the working procedures and quality safety control points of rotary drilling construction technology,and summarizes a set of construction experience,in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
