摘　　要：河道保洁是城市水环境质量的重要保障,做好城市河道长效保洁具有十分重要的意义。文章就河道保洁管护存在问题进行了分析,指出当前存在河道管理不到位、河道保洁队伍单一、河道管护经费不足及群众环境保护意识不强的问题;针对上述问题,从组织领导体系、巡查网络、管护渠道等方面提出了一系列河道保洁长效管理机制优化建议,以期为提高城市河道保洁管理效率助力。River cleaning is an important guarantee for the quality of urban water environment.It is of great significance to do a good job in long-term cleaning of urban rivers.This paper analyzes the problems existing in river cleaning and management,and points out that there are some problems such as inadequate river management,single river cleaning team,insufficient river management funds and weak environmental protection awareness of the masses.In view of the above problems,a series of suggestions for optimizing the long-term management mechanism of river cleaning are put forward from the aspects of organizational leadership system,inspection network and management channels,in order to improve the efficiency of urban river cleaning management.
