摘　　要：粉尘是工矿企业中引起职工职业病最主要的原因,选矿厂除尘效果直接影响职工的身心健康和工作效率。文章围绕严寒地区有色金属矿山选矿厂除尘系统设计进行分析,介绍一种烧结板除尘器+高效过滤器的除尘系统,阐述该系统的工艺流程,重点分析粗碎车间和粗矿堆的除尘系统设计。冬季可将净化后的气体直接排放至室内,能够有效解决严寒地区除尘车间供暖热量损耗大的难题。通过四种类型除尘器性能和经济性比较,表明烧结除尘器具有极大的应用和发展潜力,经济优势和社会效益显著。Dust is the main cause of occupational diseases among workers in industrial and mining enterprises.The effect of dust removal in the concentrator directly affects the physical and mental health and work efficiency of workers.This paper analyzes the design of dust removal system in concentrator of nonferrous metal mines in severe cold areas,introduces a dust removal system of sintering plate dust remover+high efficiency filter,expounds the process flow of the system,and focuses on the design of dust removal system in coarse crushing workshop and coarse ore heap.In winter,the purified gas can be directly discharged into the room,which can effectively solve the problem of large heat loss of heating in dust removal workshop in severe cold areas.By comparing the performance and economy of four types of dust removers,it is shown that the sintering dust remover has great application and development potential with remarkable economic advantages and social benefits.
