水利工程混凝土建筑物的表层病害修复结构设计

摘　　要：文章围绕水利工程混凝土建筑物的表层病害修复结构设计进行研究,以修复混凝土表层病害。首先制备一种增强材料层,用于对建筑物表层病害实施补强,填补基体表面的凹陷与凸起。使用的材料包括水泥、细骨料、减水剂等。通过调整材料配比,共制备6种增强材料层。然后制备一种复合材料层,使修复结构具备防水性能。制备中使用的材料包括调凝剂、矿粉、纤维、SBR乳液等。确定材料配比后,制备一种复合材料层。在试验中使用的仪器设备包括混凝土搅拌机、混凝土三联模具等。通过制备的增强材料层与复合材料层修复混凝土表层病害。试验结果表明:制备的表层病害修复结构的抗压强度较高,强度损失较低,压折比较低。获得了最佳材料配比,制备的结构能够成功实现混凝土表层病害的修复。This paper studies the surface disease repair structure design of concrete buildings in water conservancy projects to repair the surface disease of the concrete.Firstly,a reinforcing material layer is prepared to reinforce the surface disease of the building and fill the depression and bulge on the surface of the substrate.The materials used include cement,fine aggregate,water reducer,etc.By adjusting material ratio,6 kinds of reinforcing material layers were prepared.Then,a composite material layer is prepared to make the repair structure with waterproofing capability.The materials used in the preparation include coagulant,mineral powder,fiber,SBR emulsion,etc.After determining the material ratio,a composite material layer is prepared.The equipment used in the test includes concrete mixer,concrete triple mold,etc.The surface disease of the concrete is repaired by the prepared reinforcing material layer and composite material layer.The test results show that the prepared surface disease repair structure have high compressive strength,low strength loss and low compression ratio.The optimum material ratio is obtained,and the prepared structure can successfully repair the surface disease of the concrete.
