摘  要:某重油催化装置余热锅炉蒸发段炉管材质为20G,使用5年后发生了开裂。现场调查发现蒸发段炉管存在超温使用情况。通过室温力学试验和材质成分分析,证明炉管选材符合技术要求。通过金相分析判断珠光体球化明显,表明长期在高温环境下使用该段炉管发生了高温蠕变、材质劣化,最终造成炉管开裂失效。The furnace tube in the evaporation section of waste heat boiler of a heavy oil catalytic unit was made of 20G and cracked after 5 years of use. The field investigation found that the furnace tube in the evaporation section had overtemperature use. Through the mechanical test at room temperature and material composition analysis,it is proved that the material selection of furnace tube meets the technical requirements. Metallographic analysis showed that the pearlite spheroidization was obvious,indicating that high temperature creep and material deterioration occurred in this section of furnace tube under high temperature environment for a long time,and finally caused the cracking and failure of furnace tube.
