摘 要:居中度与隔离液流变性对水平井固井顶替具有重要影响,本文利用国家天津超算中心并行计算平台,利用Fluent软件对水平井进行固井顶替数值模拟实验,研究居中度与隔离液流变性对固井顶替界面的耦合影响规律。研究结果表明:低中居中度条件下,提高隔离液流变指数n,可以大幅降低隔离液宽边指进与窄边钻井液滞留,大幅降低顶替界面长度,提高顶替效率。中等居中度条件下,提高隔离液流变指数n,可以明显降低隔离液宽边指进与窄边钻井液滞留,明显降低顶替界面长度,提高顶替效率。高居中度条件下,隔离液流变指数n的影响与前两者相反。本文研究结论对固井具有重要理论与实践指导意义。Centralizer and rheological properties of spacer fluids have a significant impact on horizontal section cementing displacement. The aim of this research is to study the coupling effect of centralizer and spacer fluid rheology on the cementing displacement interface. The numerical simulation experiment about horizontal section cementing displacement was conducted by using Fluent software on the National Super Computing Center,a large-scale cluster computing platform. The result shows that under the condition of low centralizer,enhancing the index n can substantially reduce the spacer fluid figuring of the broad side and the drilling fluid retention of the narrow side,which means the improvement of displacement efficiency. Under the condition of medium centralizer,increasing the index n can lead to a weaker effect compared to under low centralizer did. While under high centralizer condition,the effect is opposite versus low and middle centralizer conditions. The conclusion of this paper is of great value towards the vital theory and operation guidance.
