摘 要:随着海上油田的开发扩大,开发重点将转移至海上油田主体边缘区块,在分散性稠油区块,原油粘度高、流动性差,易受冷伤害,开采难度大,常用的胍胶携砂液,残渣含量高、低温环境下破胶不彻底等问题,容易对储层造成二次伤害,防砂质量的高低直接影响着海上提液生产效果。对此开展低伤害清洁携砂液体系的室内评价,并在低现场应用中取得了好的效果,认分析认为低伤害清洁携砂液体系携砂性能、防膨性能、分散减阻均可满足敏感性稠油冷采区块的开发需要。With the development and expansion of offshore oil fields,the development focus will be shifted to the main edge block of offshore oil fields. In the dispersed heavy oil block,the crude oil has high viscosity and poor fluidity,which is easy to be damaged by cold and difficult to exploit. The commonly used guanidine gum sandcarrying liquid,with high residue content and incomplete rubber breaking under low temperature environment,is easy to cause secondary damage to the reservoir. The quality of sand control directly affects the production effect of offshore extraction. The indoor evaluation of the clean sand carrying liquid system with low damage was carried out,and good results were obtained in the low field application. The analysis showed that the sand carrying performance,anti-swelling performance and dispersion drag reduction of the clean sand carrying liquid system with low damage could meet the development needs of sensitive heavy oil cold production block.
