摘 要:随着开发时间延长,气井自喷生产到生产后期,气井携液能力变差、产能降低,制约了气井产能发挥,常规排水采气工艺对部分井效果不佳。柱塞气举是一种利用储层能量推动柱塞携液的间歇式人工举升方法,具有减少液体滑脱、提高气举效率的优点。柱塞气举在X气田的现场试验结果表明,试验井产气量大幅提升,油套压差明显减少,工艺效果明显。为了便于柱塞井管理,提高运行效率和综合评价,本文通过分析X气田生产现状,结合柱塞应用效果,提出了适用于X气田生产特征的柱塞气举工艺,为低压低产积液井管理探索出了新途径。With the extension of development time,gas wells become less capable of carrying liquids and their capacity decreases in the later stages of production,which restricts the capacity of gas wells,and conventional drainage gas production techniques are not effective for some wells. Plunger gas lift is an intermittent artificial lifting method that uses reservoir energy to push the plunger to carry fluid,which has the advantage of reducing fluid slip and improving gas lift efficiency. The results of field trials of plunger gas lift in the X gas field show that the test wells produced significantly more gas and the differential pressure of the oil jacket was significantly reduced,making the process effective. In order to facilitate plunger well management,improve operational efficiency and comprehensive evaluation,this paper proposes a plunger gas lift process applicable to the production characteristics of the X gas field by analysing the current production status of the X gas field and combining the plunger application results,exploring a new way for the management of low pressure and low production fluid accumulation wells.
