摘　　要：原油和可燃气都是国民经济发展和普通民众日常生活中所不能缺少的主要燃料,在油气储存和输送过程中的安全性影响着社会安全及经济的发展。在石油化工品码头进行油品和可燃气体装卸是常见的搬运方法,其设施工作稳定性会直接影响到石油化工码头安全运行。在了解油气储存和输送设施的知识概念和安全风险问题后,就可以研究其对石油化工品码头作业安全性的危害,从而指出在安全性生产管理工作中所可能采用的保护措施。Oil and combustible gas are the main fuels that can not be lacked in the development of national economy and the daily life of ordinary people. The safety of oil and gas storage and transportation affects social security and economic development. Loading and unloading of oil and combustible gas at petrochemical terminals is a common method of transportation,and the stability of facilities will directly affect the safe operation of petrochemical terminals.After understanding the knowledge concepts and safety risks of oil and gas storage and transmission facilities,we can study their hazards to the safety of petrochemical terminal operations,so as to point out the protective measures that may be adopted in the safety production management.
