摘 要:对低渗透油田来说,为了疏通地层、解除堵塞、增大泄油面积、改造近井地带的渗透率、提高油井产量,水力压裂是目前行之有效的手段之一[1],常见的的水力压裂管柱有不动管柱一趟多层压裂管柱、拖动管柱一趟多层压裂管柱(双封单卡)、水力喷射压裂管柱、桥塞射孔联做压裂管柱以及单层填砂压裂管柱,不动管柱一趟多层压裂管柱相比其它压裂管柱,单井施工时,水力压裂之后经常会遇到管柱活动不开的问题,发生各种卡钻事故[4],管柱遇卡如果采取措施不当,易造成井下事故复杂化,被迫进行大修处理,延长了作业时间,增加了作业成本[5];本文以海上某油田A井不动管柱一趟三层压裂管柱卡钻为例,探索分析海上油田压裂管柱遇卡原因,为后续该项技术在海上油田推广应用提供借鉴。For low permeability oil fields,hydraulic fracturing is one of the effective means at present in order to dredge formation,relieve blockage,increase oil discharge area,reform near-wellbore permeability and improve oil well production[1].Common hydraulic fracturing strings include a single run of the stationary string,a single run of the drag string,a single run of the multilayer fracturing string(double-sealed and single-stuck),a hydraulic injection fracturing string,a bridge plug and perforation connection fracturing string,and a single layer of sand-filled fracturing string.A single run of the stationary string multilayer fracturing string compared to other fracturing strings,After hydraulic fracturing,the problem of pipe string not opening is often encountered,resulting in various stuck drill accidents[4].If the pipe string is stuck,improper measures are easy to complicate the downhole accidents,forcing overhaul treatment,prolonging the operating time and increasing the operating cost[5].In this paper,A three-zone fracturing string stuck in a single run of a stationary string in an offshore oilfield is taken as an example to explore and analyze the reasons for fracturing string stuck in an offshore oilfield,providing reference for the subsequent promotion and application of this technology in offshore oilfield.
