摘  要:威荣页岩气田规模上产1-2年后地面集输流程开始大面积爆发腐蚀穿孔泄漏事件,严重影响了气田的安全平稳生产。通过跟踪气井的生产状况,分析集输系统的腐蚀环境,开展管线材质检测和腐蚀产物分析,认为威荣页岩气田集输系统频繁发生穿孔泄漏是由于冲刷腐蚀、细菌腐蚀和CO_(2)腐蚀共同作用引起的。After 1-2 years of large-scale producing in the Weirong shale gas field,large-scale corrosion and leakage events began to occur in the surface gathering and transportation process,which seriously affected the safe and stable producing of the gas field. By tracking the producing status of gas wells,analyzing the corrosive environment of the gathering and transportation system,and carrying out pipeline material detection and corrosion product analysis,it is believed that the frequent leakage in the gathering and transportation system of Weirong Shale Gas Field is caused by the combined action of erosion corrosion,bacterial corrosion and CO_(2) corrosion.
