摘  要:高层住宅楼防火逃生窗内侧下部设置的防火隔墙单个体量虽小,但该墙体的砌筑和其他专业施工有很多交叉,存在诸多限制。应用水泥压力板等材料,采用特殊施工工艺对墙体砌筑方式进行改进,可以避免墙体砌筑施工、门窗安装、外架拆除等各专业工作相互受限。文章结合工程实例,从普通墙体施工技术中存在的难点和局限性切入,提出逃生窗内侧防火隔墙施工技术方案,对其施工措施进行分析,包括施工准备、耐火水泥纤维水泥压力板安装及验收、墙身加气块砌筑与验收、耐火纤维水泥压力板压顶安装与固定、抗裂砂浆抹灰及腻子施工。应用该技术,不仅满足了现场穿插施工中安全、质量、进度要求,同时具备较好的经济性、实用性和安全性,值得推广应用。Although the single volume of the fire partition wall set at the lower part of the inner side of the escape window in the high-rise residential buildings is small, the masonry of the wall has many intersections with other professional construction, and there are many restrictions. The application of cement pressure boards and other materials and the use of special construction technology to improve the wall masonry method can avoid mutual restriction of wall masonry construction, door and window installation, external frame demolition and other professional work. Based on the engineering examples, this paper puts forward the construction technical scheme of setting fire partition wall inside the escape window from the difficulties and limitations in the construction technology of the ordinary walls, and analyzes its construction measures, including construction preparation, installation and acceptance of the fire-resistant cement fiber cement pressure boards, masonry and acceptance of the wall body aerated blocks, installation and fixation of the fire-resistant fiber cement pressure boards, plastering of the crack-resistant mortar and putty construction. The application of this technology not only meets the requirements of safety, quality and progress in on-site interpenetration construction, but also has good economy, practicability and safety, which is worthy of popularization and application.
